Stay tuned for the next trilogy set in this world: A World Reborn, coming in 2Q 2018.
A World Reborn:
Children of Heroes
The Heroes of Old are on the tongues of every bard across Vieres, but their own tongues are sealed with a secret promise. They were told that magic returned to its source but Rienna's daughter Eden inherits a double-edged magic. Left with Seije, the Queen's Guard captain and a cherished friend, Eden becomes restless for answers. Eden is not alone. As more young people find the boon and bane of mysterious magical gifts, it becomes imperative to travel North to find answers before a corrupt force finds them first.
A World Reborn:
Higher Reasoning
Beyond Vieres, the more isolated inhabitants are not immune to the effects of the mysterious magic reviving across the world. The Felisfolk and Kitfolk, their histories and way of life are pulled into this new entry of the series. As it becomes clear that the magic has no sympathy for civilization, society or human desire, the bearers of these burdens must be open to less conventional means of survival.
A World Reborn:
Deicide
The trek north has been anything but easy, but the final trials of the Children come to a head in this conclusion to the second trilogy. Coming up against a powerful wave of corruption, the key to liberating their world from another omnipotent tyrant lies in the hands of reluctant heroes once more. Now that all of the people are beginning to unite outside of their xenophobic systems of isolation, real human progress may finally be possible.
Each Endless Universe:
Close Encounters
A new problem begins in Vieres. Old friends raise their children with the greatest opportunities but each is eager to make their own mark on the world, choosing to distance themselves from their parents' legacy and strike out on their own paths as adults. The remnants of the past start popping up, including the sighting of people long presumed dead. Darien, now grown up, enlists a group of people to investigate at the rare request of the man that helped him rise to power.
Each Endless Universe:
Dual Decisions
In a perfect world, everyone would communicate and cooperate. In this world, no one is quite sure what to do or who to trust with the pieces they are handed. The truth could endanger, but ignorance could be far more deadly. Darien attempts to rein in the wayward parties, but when things go awry, he has to abandon his hold on them and take matters into his own hands. The murder mystery continues and the Shadows of the Diviners may be integral to the solution.
Each Endless Universe:
Original Sin
The answers always seem to lie in the North and this last entry in the series makes the reason why clear. Once more, beacons become crucial towards avoiding as many casualties as possible as Darien attempts to end the persecution of Diviners by the insidious cults that use them. When the finale arrives, a crucial decision must be made and the world will never be the same. Perhaps the world is finally ready to grasp the truth and move on.
